What is your return policy?
Our return policy is 15 business days after purchase for a full refund. You must return any purchase within 15 day to receive any credit, anything past 15 days will not be accepted.
All products must be unworn and returned in original condition.
How to process a return?
In order to process a returns, customers need to email Rivet + Rose customer service regarding the requested merchandise to return at firstname.lastname@example.org. A customer service representative will process the request and advise shipping and packing instructions.
Shipping is not refundable and return shipping is customers responsibility.

How do I monogram my order ?
We offer custom hand painted monogram as you see on Instagram. We can offer this to online customers but they would need to email us to request a quote and other details. All products that have monograms are final sales and nonrefundable.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been submitted it takes a couple days to process and ship. Once your product is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number and information regarding your order. If you do not receive anything 3 business days after ordering, please email email@example.com

Our online credit processor takes all major credit cards including; AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Debit Cards. If you are having trouble with the check out please email or call us directly.
Shipping pricing ranges depending on the size of each order. Standard shipping is 5-10 business days. If you need rush shipping, please contact us directly by email or phone.
